# Info Windows Can't Close

 * Hi all,
 * I seem to have a little problem with my store locator.
    Whenever I click the 
   store info window, I’m unable to close it. Seems like the “x” button isn’t working,
   may I know if there’s a fix for it?
 * I’ve zero knowledge on scripting or html etc…

 * There is a JS error on your page, which very likely the reason the x button doesn’t
   work as expected.
 * Once one JS error occured, other scripts stop working.
 *     ```

 * Also this error show up.

 * If you have no knowledge of code then I assume you had a developer create this
   site for you? If so, then you should contact him and ask him to fix it. Both 
   errors shouldn’t be there.

 * hello ,
 * thanks for getting back so quickly. ive asked my designer to fix the js error
   and the errors are now gone . however the problem still exist , is there other
   possible reasons for the x not responding to clicks?

 * Why? JS errors are no good, they shouldn’t be there in the first place.
 * Does it also happen when you use a default theme without any other plugins?
