 * The info window is not formatted proportionally on mobile. Instead, it is very
   tall and narrow. Is there somewhere I can make sure there is a minimum width 
   or something of thats sort to keep the infowindow intact when collapsing to mobile
   screens?

 * Hello,
    It depends on device to device. We have tested our plugin in various 
   devices and it works great.
 * If you want to change the size of infowindow you can change via little css knowledge.
