# “info” not receiving mail.

 * Hi,
 * Im having a slight issue though.
 * With the mail that goes to the website administrator, “info@siris.co.za”, the
   account is not receiving emails.
 * The user who filled out the form gets the automatic responder mail which is sent
   from “info@siris.co.za”.
 * Is it possible having the “To” and “From” email addresses the same in the “Mail”
   responder causing an issue?

 * I had exactly this issue. It was caused by two conflicting mailservers. The site
   was hosted on a different server from where the emailserver was hosted. I had
   to disable the mailserver in the Control Panel, it was blocking the info-account.
   The real mailserver never received the email. Hope it helps.

 * Yeah they have the info email configured on the local hosting server but try 
   read it through google business mail.
 * We had it configured correctly and it worked but now it doesnt.
 * Really unsure what to do next ….
