Well the issue comes from the 1st error in the console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
at infobox.js?ver=5.6.1:127
But I don’t understand why you have this… it’s like the file infobox.js would be loaded after google map api (explaining why google is not defined)… But in you page source I can see that infobox.js is loaded after the google map api…
Well it’s hard for me to debug this issue like this. Would you mind giving me a temporary admin access (at this email: benoit.luisier0@gmail.com) that I can try to understand the issue?
Well I think I understand where the problem comes from… I will probably have to upload a new version of the plugin to fix this. I’ll keep you posted when it’s done

by new version I mean you will just have to update to the new plugin version and nothing else… it would be nice if you could let me the account until I fix this. Thanks

Well it took me a looonnggg time to understand but the problem wasn’t actually coming from my plugin. it was coming from the plugin “Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent” that somehow prevent google maps script to load. So I deactivated this plugin and everything works fine now. I’ll let you reactivate the plugin if you want… But I would suggest you to find another plugin that does not conflict with novo-map.
Ohh and if you have some time left, I would really appreciate if you could take the time to rate the plugin and tell me what you think about it.
