Info box block creates a box at the bottom

    Hello!

    I am having problems using the info box block.

    For some unknown reason, when I go to preview or publish, it creates a box at the bottom. In the editor it does not appear.

    Could you tell me why or how to prevent it from appearing? I have been looking at all the possible options but I can’t find anything.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    For us to have a clear view of the issue, could you send a page URL where we can see this issue? Additionally, do you have other blocks before the infoboxes that have a link? It looks like there is an unclosed anchor HTML tag() and the link included your infoboxes as well.

    Actually, they are inside a layer of rows -> a tab block, and between [restrict][/restrict] (Restrict Conect Pro shortcode).

    If I remove the shortcode, the “new boxes” disappear, so I will try to restrict it in another way than shortcodes.

    Hi,
    Just to add using the row layout block you can change visibility settings to allow visibility for only specific user roles.
