Inflexible but Excellent Support

As long as you want your website exactly as the creators of this theme intended it to be there is no problem. But without diving into the php-files you will not be able to gain any flexibility. Furthermore, a lot of the customizing on the front-end does not work as intended. That the implementation of the theme is somewhat sloppy is already indicated by the plethora of typing errors all over the place.
On the other hand, the support they are providing is excellent. Even taking into account the time difference between their location (India) and mine (Europe) their response time is very short. And they are really interested in solving your problem.
