Inflated Product Quantity and Totals in Summary Report By Customers

Dear Support Team,
I would like to report an issue I have identified in the reporting functionality.
- When exporting orders using the standard export option, everything appears correct and there are no discrepancies.
- However, when I generate the “Summary Report By Customers” in order to obtain the total number of orders, I noticed an inconsistency. In one specific order, the report shows that 4 products were sold, while in reality only 1 product was included in that order.
This discrepancy affects:
- The quantity shown for the individual order
- The total amount of that order
- The aggregated total amount for all orders within the selected reporting period
The data in the standard order export appears correct, but the Summary Report reflects inflated product quantities and totals.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on the cause? If needed, I can provide the specific order number and reporting period for reference.
