• You can replicate this yourself with the default Twenty Fourteen theme.

    Just activate InfiniteScroll plugin, then go to Header Image > Upload and you’ll find that your upload fails.

    The upload also fails for the standard WP “WP_Customize_Image_Control” function when setting up bespoke theme settings.

    Obviously the easiest way to fix it is to disable Infinite Scroll, do your uploads and then reactivate it – but that is a little bit of a pain.

    I expect its something relatively easy to fix JS? Maybe, hopefully! 🙂
