Could you please try going into the Customiser -> WooCommerce -> Product Archives -> Pagination and change the Pagination Type to Infinite Scroll?

A little correction.
At the moment, for the search, you can change the pagination from Customiser -> Blog Posts -> Pagination.
We have fixed it for the next update and it will be in the spot that I’ve noted previously.

Also, I do not know if it is good to write other problems on the same topic, but I will mention that. After the new woocommerce update, I got the message that I need to update templates.
And there is an error notification in WooCommerce/status scroll to templates.

There’s nothing to worry about, it’s just the version number that should be changed in this template, everything else will work just fine 🙂
