Infinite Scroll “No further pages exists” issue related to Mailpoet Plugin

    Hi there,

    I am currently facing a page loading issue if Mailpoet-Plugin is activated. If you open up a woocommerce category page and scroll down through a few pages (infinity scroll from oceanwp theme), sometimes there appears a message “No further pages exist”. But when I reload the page and scroll down to the same area.. a further page is loading.. This goes on until I reach the real end of pages. Than the message “End of Content” appears.

    As I’ve deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them step by step again, I found out that the Mailpoet-Plugin is the reason for the “infinity scroll issue”. I also tried to rollback to previous versions. Unfortunately this issue extends through many versions.

    Could you help me here? Currently I’ve deactivated the Mailpoet plugin.

    Thanks for contacting MailPoet!

    It sounds like you’re experiencing a conflict between OceanWP and MailPoet. I completed a test using only WooCommerce, MailPoet, and Twenty Twenty Three and wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’ve described.

    You mentioned that you deactivated the majority of your plugins, but were you able to test with temporarily changing the theme on the site and then activating MailPoet to see if that has the same issue?

    thank you for your quick reply! I found out that the issue depends on how much products are being loaded on one woocommerce archive page whilst mailpoet plugin and oceanwp theme is activated.

    My setting was 21 products per page. I changed this value to 12 products per page. Now all pages are loading correctly.

    So in my case I can live with the 12 products per page. Thank you for your efforts!
