    Hi there,

It looks like something is conflicting with Stripe here. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe, and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

Let us know how this goes!

    Hey again!

So the problem above was due to the lack of shipping zones created within WooCommerce. So even though I’m not charging shipping I need to have this specified (Free shipping) in order for Google/Apple Pay to function properly.

Not that the actual problem with you Stripe plugin and these buttons is they don’t detect the quantity you’ve selected for a certain product. Whenever you click Apple/Google Pay they’ll assume automatically you just want 1 item (even though you’ve added more in the quantity selector).

Please check any products from my website (links above).

    Hi @joaopegb

    Thanks for those extra details.

The reason the quantity is not updated looks related to how your theme handles the quantity increase.

If you type in the field and increase, you will notice the Payment Request button reload itself and the amount will be correct but using the plus and minus buttons don’t update this dynamically.

I tested this out on my own site and the increments inside the quantity button still increase the price as the Payment Request button reloads.

If you’ve like to confirm this is your theme or a plugin you use for the increment buttons, I’d recommend a conflict test by switching to our Storefront theme and trying again.

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
