    Hi,
I’m getting a green spinning icon when I open a donation page using the new multi-step design.

I’ve tried everything on other discussions submitted by other people, but nothing has worked so far.

    Hi @emreozpalamutcu

If you are using Cloudflare, be sure to disable the “rocket loader” functionality, as that has known issues with the loading of the form.

If that doesn’t resolve things, I’d love a link to the site to see the problem live, as there might be a way to isolate it that way.

    Thanks!

I don’t use Cloudflare or any other CDN, but I do have Wordfence plugin, is there an IP I should whitelist? On a couple occasions, Wordfence did block plugins from connecting external addresses.

You can see the test page from the above URL.

    Hi,
Did you see it? I need to put the site back to maintenance mode

Hi there, apologies for the slow turnaround here.

I’m seeing a console error there that indicates that Stripe scripts are being blocked.

You may be onto something with WordFence. I’d try temporarily deactivating wordFence to see if the problem is resolved.

If not, the next step to resolving issues like this is to be able to replicate them in a separate environment. I’m not able to replicate that particular issue anywhere, so I have to assume it’s a plugin or theme conflict. If you can get me some steps to be able to replicate it, I’m happy to keep digging, here!

i Still can’t find the issue. I disabled everything to do with Wordfence, disabled all plugins except give but still won’t work.

is there any tool I can use to find the issue? I checked error logs but there was nothing there too.

I found the issue 😀 It was my functions.php file
