Infected with hidden link

As soon as I activated this plugin I noticed a hidden spam link in the body tag of every page using wp_head() to a spam site searchsongs.net and 4shared. If you’ve activated this plugin, you might want to inspect your site, as this may screw with your google pagerank. Stay away!
