 * Can you do me a favor? I need to know your hosting provider and get a screenshot
   of your system info (link to view it near bottom of options page). Include the
   link to the screenshot.

 * Hi Tim,
 * I’m on WP 4.2.2.
 * The host is Brinkster ([http://www.brinkster.com](http://www.brinkster.com))
 * I didn’t see the system info link, but here’s some relevant information…
 * PHP v5.2.17
    Config File (php.ini) Path: C:\WINDOWS

 * Hi Tim
 * I haven’t yet upgraded to 6, but I get the exact same message as techspring when
   I try to access my website, which has totally crashed. I can’t access my dashboard
   or anything at all.
 * I’m also on WordPress 4.2.2 and on a Windows server. My service provider is Net
   Logistics at [http://www.netlogistics.com.au](http://www.netlogistics.com.au)
 * From my Google Analytics, it looks like the website crashed within the last hour
   or so ie some time after 5pm Sydney time on 21/5/15.

 * Hi Tim,
 * I have 3 servers running WP sites with WF, 1 updates ok, / 1 gives a white screen
   of death after update – fix is to delete the WF plug in folder, & 1 returns the
   inet_pton() error, again delete WF plug in and all back running.
 * All 3 servers are Windows.
 * The inet_pton() error is on a server running W2K3, [soon to be shut down ]. ..
 * The one that works after updating runs Helicon Ape, this may be a coincidence...
 * hope this is of help to you

 * I have posted this on another thread, but it is only those sites on Windows hosting
   that have been affected by this problem for.
 * Updating to the latest version of Wordfence on Linux isn’t an issue.

 * Hi Tim
 * A quick update. It seemed weird that I was experiencing this problem without
   having updated the plugin, so I checked the readme.txt file on the server and
   sure enough it’s for v6.0.2 I’m really scratching my head about that because
   I didn’t do it, or if I did I don’t know when or how.

 * I have also posted this in another thread:
 * > I’m experiencing the exact same error code today (since the update). But it’s
   > not every domain for me.
   > I have 30+ domains across 5 different hosting packages (international hosting).
   > Only the domains on my Windows based hosting are experiencing this issue. My
   > other 4 hosting accounts (Linux) are fine.
   > All installations are on WordPress 4.2.2, and Wordfence 6.0.2. Some of the
   > sites have the exact same themes/plugins too. Renaming the Wordfence plugin
   > folder removes the error and allows access to the site/admin area.

 * Hi Tim
 * Upgrade successful, back online and seemingly everything ok. I’ll update if anything
   else pops up.
 * Thanks for the prompt upgrade and a great product!
