• Hello.

When I review an order that contains a bundled product, it shows each individual product from the bundle. This causes an issie with accounting software, as it will calculate the order based on the individual products with Zero value, rather than just takin into account the actual bundle.

I’m sure this is a settings issue, but I cannot determind what setting to make changes to. I have no wish in any situation to see what individual products is included. I ever just want the bundle-product itself to show.

    Kind regards, John

    Hi @johnditmeyer ,

For your information, a smart bundle will always consist of main bundle and subproducts in the order details. The zero price will be displayed for the main bundle if the pricing method is auto-calculated and the zero price will be for the subproducts if the pricing method is fixed total. This is how our smart bundles work for the pricing and discounts.

If you want to hide the subproducts, you might need to add some custom codes to hide it from the order details in the backend and pdf invoices sent to buyers. We cannot hide either main bundle or the subproducts before the order is placed successfully as this might affect stock, pricing and quantity of products inside smart bundles.

If possible, you can kindly consult with a developer from your end for the custom codes. We do not have any technical support agent here, we can only help with some general questions about plugin features.

    Best regards.

    I see. I think I understand now.
As you can see in the image below, when I view a purchase of a bundled product backend, it lists the normal price of each individual product. Not the price of the bundle.

And what I need to do to solve my issue.

My current setting for each bundle has the checkbox “Disable auto calculate price” unchecked, as shown below:

But what I need to do is to check that box:

Then go to the “General” tab (or the link “click here to set price manually) and set the price, like this:

I would appriciate if you’d be so kind as to confirm if I have understood your instructions correctly.

    Kind regards, John
