# Individual event not loading

 * I am using this plugin to pull in a categorized event feed from our university(
   [http://calendar.missouristate.edu/search/?timespan=future&admittance=either&sponsors=De33&campus=s&status=busy&recurrences=all&count=10](http://calendar.missouristate.edu/search/?timespan=future&admittance=either&sponsors=De33&campus=s&status=busy&recurrences=all&count=10)).
   Because the people who make that feed have it setup a bit oddly, they run it 
   through a javascript transform to allow for recurring events and then put them
   in the right order, and Time.ly’s All-In-One Event Calendar is the only thing
   I found to handle that right/well.
 * It is no longer working after a couple of months, though. I don’t know if it’s
   an update that broke it, or just the amount of time it has been running.
 * Go to the front page at [http://helpdesk.missouristate.edu](http://helpdesk.missouristate.edu)
   and see the calendar widget at the bottom right. Click on the name of an event
   and you’ll go to an effectively blank page. Here’s the Firebug network report

 * I also can’t access settings per [http://i.imgur.com/zg2230F.png](http://i.imgur.com/zg2230F.png)
   nor can I get to the feed per [http://i.imgur.com/ctKwcKo.png](http://i.imgur.com/ctKwcKo.png)
 * I’ve tried disabling all plugins, I’ve reset the permalinks, and we have no caching
   plugin or All-In-One SEO running.
 * Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 * 500 errors with Ai1ec tend to be WP/Ai1ec hitting PHP memory limits.
 * Suggest you install a plugin like WP-Memory-Usage to see what WP and plugins 
   think the memory limits are. This way you get definitive answers on what WP/Plugins
   think, rather than just trusting settings in config files.

 * Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, according to that plugin, I’m only 
   at 7% memory usage. I think the problem must lie elsewhere.

 * Hello,
 * Can you please check if the permission of these two folders: /wp-content/plugins/
   all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/ and /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/
   cache/twig is 775.

 * Benjamin,
 * This is running on Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS, so permissions don’t work
   quite the same, but I went to the extent of adding Everyone to those folders 
   and giving them Read & Execute. Still no dice.
