indivdual line item pricing confusing

Hi,

I have entered price including tax on my website and the display is also including tax. In the invoice for the individual line item, the unit cost appears without tax and the total appears with tax.

For example if the product without tax is $100, and with 6% tax is $106. And shipping is $5, the invoice appears as below

product SKU cost=$100 Qty=1 Total=$106

Subtotal $100
Shipping $5
Tax 6% $6
—————–
Total $111

There are three issues here:
1. The total for line item should be without tax, i.e. $100. Otherwise it is confusing for the customer.
2. The shipping line should appear after the tax line, as the tax is applicable on subtotal.
3. For cases where the customer shipping address is not store base location, the line item prices (Cost and total) are striked out and printed again next to it.

Please let me know how to resolve this.
