    How do i set time correctly since my website is India based I could not 
   set the target time correctly correctly. Standard time is UTC +05:30 Now how 
   to set the target time correctly. Please help me

 * The time is based on the time set under the Dashboard > Settings > General > 
   Timezone. Does WordPress show the correct time? If so, then the time of your 
   server is not correct.
 * Please get back to us with the results of the timezone settings.
