Esmi, apparently sometimes the URL’s get boogered on install, the fix was told to me by sambol..

I used the 2nd method on the page which is to add these two lines to the functions.php file in the default scheme, immediately after the initial “<?php” line.

update_option(‘siteurl’,’http://example.com/blog&#8217;);
update_option(‘home’,’http://example.com/blog&#8217;);

Uploaded via FTP, logged out and then logged back into the site, hey presto, schema found then you go back and REMOVE the two lines.
