 * I’m trying to migrate an existing WordPress installation. I’ve got the files
moved and databases imported, but when I try to load the site on the new server
using a temporary URL, index.php won’t load, but instead insists on being saved.
 * You can view the problem here: [http://64.191.40.149/~gordyhul/](http://64.191.40.149/~gordyhul/)
 * I’ve updated the wp-config.php file to account for the new database information
and the temporary location. I’m using that temporary location to be sure everything
migrates properly before switching the nameservers.
 * Any advice as to why the index.php won’t load? Is it the “~” in the URL?
