# Index.php file not displaying

 * Hello, I’m having trouble with my site displaying when I go to my URL.
    A few
   months ago I changed my index.php file to have some simple html coding so to 
   just display a simple splash page while I worked on a new design… I then tried
   loading the new index.php file with all the php coding , etc and when I went 
   to view the site it came up blank…
 * I just noticed when I checked my WP Admin panels theme button it came up as the
   theme being broken and it was missing the template file and style.css I had the
   style in there but needed to change the path to it, once I did that my theme 
   image appeared and gave me the option to activate it.. I did that but I still
   do not see the site [SITE](http://www.randyniles.com). When I move the index.
   php outside of the theme folder I get a 403 you don’t have permission message…
   When I move it back into the theme folder it just shows blank white space . any
   idea what I should do?
