Index.php and archive pages

In my website ( http://geniuzink.com/blog/ ) If you click on any of the links that WordPress php generated it takes me to ( http://geniuzink.com/blog/archives/ ) I don’t know where this folder is but the main problem is when these links are clicked they don’t do anything they tend to generate the same page and it doesn’t have any of my sites images such as my header and link images loading. It appears I need to add an image folder to the archive page link? but I could be wrong. i am unsure of what to do.

I didn’t realize how powerful wordpress is compared to blogger and some other things. Any help would be amazing…thank you so much in advanced.
