indexing problem

Site was once being indexed, blog posts were showing up in Google blogs and Icerocket. Certain key words were returning 1st Google placement now they are showing up on the 2nd page.

Things that are different are: 1. upgraded to 2.5 (on day of release from 2.5rc1), 2. updated some of the displayed info on theme (added stuff more info and changed a couple of colors).
