 * Also is indexing has to be redone manually each time ?
 * Also no incremental indexing ?
 * Does default search in WP uses indexes ? Or searches live the database ?
 * Great features though, highly recommend it !

 * Indexing is fully automatic, you only need to run it manually once.
 * I would recommend a manual re-index every now and then, maybe twice a year or
so depending on your site, as some rare things aren’t updated automatically (
if you delete a tag, for example, it remains in the database).
 * Default search in WP doesn’t use indexes, but queries the database directly.
It’s fast, unfortunately it’s also completely unable to sort results by relevancy.

 * Thanks for the info. I am also wondering, Would the plugin deliver results faster
than WordPress if the blog had like 80 000 posts ?

 * I would not recommend using Relevanssi with such a large site. Relevanssi is
significantly heavier than default WP search.
