    Hey Tony

    Thank you for contacting us.

When sending requests to your website for malware scanning activities or to fetch Firewall related data, we send requests to the wp-load.php file of the website.

In cases where we are unable to send a request to wp-load and get the required response, we have a fallback mechanism in which we send a request to the index.php file of the website. The requests you’re seeing are these requests.

Are you facing any problems on the site because of these requests?

    Thank you,
    Aman Kedia

    Hi Aman,
    Thank you for your reply.
There are so many of them and they are blocked by the WordFence plugin.
Is there a way to stoped these requests?
    Thank you and best regards,
    Tony

    Hey Tony,

    Thank you for your reply.

To fix this, what we can do is help provide you with a set of IPs that you can whitelist on WordFence’s Firewall. Once done, you should not face any issues with the requests getting blocked.

If you can drop us an email with your website URL to support[@]malcare.com, I can provide you with the IPs you would need to whitelist for your website.

Also, these requests are sent when we are syncing the site for a malware scan or once every 15 minutes to update the Firewall information on the website.

    Regards,
    Aman Kedia
