independent settings per taxonomy

I gave the plugin 5 stars simply because it saves hours upon hours of time categorizing hundreds of posts my site generates every week.
Can you make the settings independent for each taxonomy? For example, I want to scan post title only (term limit 4) to categorize posts but to add tags to a post I want to scan post content only (term limit 10).
Currently I use Strictly Auto-Tags to generate tags for posts but it is outdated and generates noisy tags. I would love it if the above request can be implemented so I can use this plugin for both categorization and post tagging.
btw, bulk auto-categorization this plugin did on 2,700 posts that were pending in my site was done in less than 30 minutes…something that manually would have taken me days to do.. THANK YOU SO MUCH
