    incrementer from a predetermined number does not work.
    I am using this plugin to create membership cards for a non profit association and it works fine but the increment starts from 0 despite having set it to 200.

    I am using this plugin to create membership cards for a non profit association and it works fine but the increment starts from 0 despite having set it to 200.

    Let me explain better.
    The number is correctly increased at each request to create a new card but the first card is not 200 and the second 201 and so on.
    The sequence it generates is 1,2,3,4 etc.
