  • Unfortunately I would have to recommend staying away from this product, it is a shame because I do like the way the plug in is set up and the cleanliness of the interface on the users side. Unfortunately support could only be describes as NON-EXISTENT at best. Tickets are submitted with no replies, when they do reply the simply say the issue has been resolved when it has not been on any level even for paid plug ins. If they would simply support this product it would be great! Too bad …………. I may be forced to go someplace else.

    Just to piggyback on this subject, I have checked with my host and they found the following. Seems this must be an issue with WP 5.5.1 which has not been resolved.

    The plugin’s queries/processes are taking longer than 60 seconds to run, and that your hosts max execution time cannot be increased to accommodate that. Primary processes that are timing out seem to be in user management and profile viewing, such as:
