increasing the limit of Upload

    Hi,

    I have a website http://www.tlicious.ae
    I need to upload a video of 10mb, but my site only allows to upload content of 5 mb. I have tried making the video less that 5mb but all the resolution is gone and nothing can be viewed.
    Please guide me to increase the uploading limit in the WordPress.
    Please note that I am a complete novice in website development.
