Increasing size of custom text on Under Construction plugin

    According to Pagespeed Insights, the custom text on the Under Construction plugin page is way too small for mobile phone users to read. Is it possible to increase it? How could this be done?
    I have updated to the latest version of the plugin but the page still shows an earlier version. Url for my website is http://aarondavidyeoman.com Chrome browser and Windows 7. Thanks for any help that can be offered. Aaron
