 * i have been getting a number of complaints on getting blocked from actual clients.
 * Some people just move on which means money lost and just makes an overall bad
   experience. Some people may not even know if it got sent.

 * I’ve analyzed your requests. Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and
   some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect
   filtering.
   Please do the following:
    1. Update the Anti-Spam plugin: [https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress](https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress)
    2. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings—
       > set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative
       mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
    3. Set the cache refresh time to 24 hours or less and clear the cache.
