    Hello,

Can the length of “source” / “Source URL” be increased to log let’s say 1000 characters instead of the current 255 character limit?

    Thanks,
    Arjav

The source URL is not limited to 255 characters.

Thanks for the prompt reply, John. Really appreciate it!

Below is a 452-character long query that I’m passing after my domain name:

    /07/28/20|21:41:33|Arpit|[GEN]_UsageLogging_3.1.2|3.1.2|ELECMM_LAX-ConRAC_SITE_RVT2019.rvt|2019.2|2.0.3|Arpit-PC|ARPIT-PC|20190225_1515(x64)|2.0.3.8810|BIM 360:/5200277 ConRAC – BIM Coordination|Autodesk Revit 2019|English_USA|07/28/20|21:41:33|Arpit|[GEN]_UsageLogging_3.1.2|3.1.2|ELECMM_LAX-ConRAC_SITE_RVT2019.rvt|2019.2|2.0.3|Arpit-PC|ARPIT-PC|20190225_1515(x64)|2.0.3.8810|BIM 360:/5200277 ConRAC – BIM Coordination|Autodesk Revit 2019|English_USA

But, in the 404 logs, it’s logging only first 255 characters for some reason:

    /07/28/20|21:41:33|Arpit|[GEN]_UsageLogging_3.1.2|3.1.2|ELECMM_LAX-ConRAC_SITE_RVT2019.rvt|2019.2|2.0.3|Arpit-PC|ARPIT-PC|20190225_1515(x64)|2.0.3.8810|BIM 360:/5200277 ConRAC – BIM Coordination|Autodesk Revit 2019|English_USA|07/28/20|21:41:33|Arpit|[GEN

Is there something I can do to make it log all the characters?
Sorry to bother you with this!

    Thanks,
    Arjav

Ok, so you are referring to the 404 log and not a redirect or the redirect log. It may be changed to be the same length as the other URLs in a future version.

Thank you so much for the clarification, John, knowing this helps.
Looking forward to the future version 🙂

And, thanks again for such a wonderful plugin!

    Regards,
    Arjav
