Increase the delay of popup appearance

    Hi,
    I want to increase the delay time for pop-up appearance.Right now the maximum delay time is 10 seconds, which is less. I want to give the users time to read my content first.So, I want to increase the delay to 30 seconds.Is there any way to increase the time delay.Thanks in advance.
