# Increase menu-container size

 * I need to increase the width of the menu-container so that all my menu items 
   are on one line and be responsive.
    I can achieve it in my child theme but it
   breaks the mobile layout. Can I have some pointers on how to solve this please?

 * A child-theme is indeed the best option instead of altering the original theme’s
   files. You can most probably fix your child-theme responsiveness with some CSS
   [@media](https://wordpress.org/support/users/media/) queries for the modified
   menu.
