increase font size on Checkout | WordPress.org

on the top right of every page, is the number of items in the cart and a link to Checkout. I’m stumped how to increase the font on this link. Please help

Here’s a snap shot of what I need increased. I’m frustrated, I’ve tried every CSS override I can think of short of edit the actual stylesheet.

Presumably the site is in development. I need the url please so I can examine the markup and styles using browser tools. If its a wordpress.org theme I might stand a chance without.
