increase display limit on tables

I’m using the Contact Form 7 plugin, as well as the Contact Form to DB Extension. When displaying a specific database/form, the default “show” options are 10, 25, 50, 100.

1) how can I increase this limit? say if I wanted to add a 250 option.
2) how can I change it so the default is not 10.

Even if you don’t update the plugin, if you can tell me where in the code I could update it, it would be so very helpful.
