Increase blur or 'shade out' the main image on hover

Hello,

Is it possible to increase the blur or ‘shade out’ the main image when using the cursor to hover?

E.g. when hovering, can whatever is showing in the yith_magnifier_lens div stay clear but everything that’s surrounding (rest of the image) is shaded out or increased the blur further?
