Incorrect URL's Displaying in Sitemap

Instead of displaying the custom permalinks, all my posts in the site map are displaying these type of URL’s: http://www.dreambachelor.com/sitemap-pt-post-2014-05.xml
When it should be: http://www.dreambachelor.com/matchmaker-nyc-new-york-women-need
