    When a user tries to open a ticket from the ‘Open Ticket’ page that the plugin created, there are two fields: ‘Ticket #’ and ‘Email Address’. There does not seem to be a way for a user to get open a new ticket.
    How does a user open a new ticket?

  • Make a page and name it whatever you want (e.g. Support), then place [wp_support_plus] and save. Now you have a page where the user can see all old tickets, reply to existing one or create new ticket.
