Incorrect thumbnails for Facebook Posts

Hi,

When I try to share links to posts from my site Apes on Tape onto Facebook, the images associated with the the post are not coming up anymore. In fact, its some random image that I’ve never seen before. The thumbnails associated with the posts showed perfectly for like a year, and not all of a sudden they aren’t working. The only thing I can think of that’s changed is that I installed the “Share and Follow” plugin. That certainly could affect it, however I deactivated the plug-in and I’m still having trouble.

Saw this issue on a few other forum posts, but no one seemed to resolve it.
Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
