They might seem inactive and unsupportive when replying to the support threads since they might not have the words or way to explain the issue better.
Regading incorrect total price with the incorrect tax calculation, if our developers inspected and found out that the issue was triggered by an external element, unfortunately, we cannot provide any solution or workaround for your case.
The incorrect total prices might be interefered by many factors:
- Block-based themes/templates/editor
- External dynamic pricing or discount rules plugins
If your case falls into any of the abovelisted cases, our developers indeed cannot provide any solution since the conflict happens right at the core where the internal ppricing and discount settings of smart bundles could not function with the external interference.
