Support » Plugin: Custom Login Page Customizer » Incorrect page found in sitemap.xml

    Hi there,

    Hi there,

We get this issue flagged by SEMRush a lot on site where we have this plugin installed. It seems to register this as a page which then flags as an error incorrect page found in sitemap.xml but it doesn’t exist?

How can we remove this URL so that it is not listed in the sitemap and does not trigger this issue. You can easily exclude a page from the site map either using Yoast SEO settings on the page or the page ID in the functions.php but as this URL does not have a physical page I can’t do either of those?

    Many thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cebcreative
Login Customizer is created its own page for customizing the login page in WP Customizer. We apply a redirect on it for the homepage if someone is directly trying to view it on the frontend.
Normally redirected page isn’t indexed on Google and I verified that the Login Customizer page isn’t indexing on Google from your site. Helping screenshot =>

If you feel Login Customizer is still indexing on Google simply deindex this page from your SEO tools. It can be a Yoast SEO or Rank Math which one you are using.

    Thank you.
