 * Hi Chad,
 * I needed to use the membership list shortcode. I went to your documentation to
   find that this is paid extension. Your documentation has an incorrect link to
   the purchase page for the user list extension. [https://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/extensions/wp-members-user-list-module/](https://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/extensions/wp-members-user-list-module/)‘
   available individually’ link directs to [https://rocketgeek.com/product/advanced-options/](https://rocketgeek.com/product/advanced-options/)
 * Because of the incorrect link in your documentation I purchased the wrong extension
   and have wasted $39. I can’t access any support, or contact information at all
   on your site without purchasing a support membership.
 * Can you help me with this?
 * Regards,
    Matt

 * Hi Matt,
 * Glad we were able to get this resolved quickly and thanks again for letting me
   know about the incorrect link. As I’m sure you already know, those kinds of things
   can remain as unknown issues unless someone speaks up, so thanks for that.
 * Again, sorry for the confusion, but I’m glad we were able to get it all resolved
   for you.
