Incorrect key file for table?

All of a sudden, I’ve started to see the following errors all over my blog when I click on a posting title:

WordPress database error: [Incorrect key file for table ‘wp_joeposts’; try to repair it]
SELECT * FROM wp_joeposts WHERE 1=1 AND ID = 308 AND (post_status != ‘static’) AND post_status != ‘attachment’ GROUP BY wp_joeposts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC

Any and all help to fix this is greatly appreciated!
