 * Thanks! I don’t see anything wrong in your Jetpack settings at the moment. Could
   you try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, and let me know if you
   find a conflicting plugin?

    I have not conflicting plugins.
 * I find the same resolved probleb on forum support.

 * but for my probleb this solution do not help.

 * Could you try to add the following to your site’s wp-config.php file:
 * `define( 'DB_CHARSET', 'utf8' );`
 * Note that it should be `utf8`, and not `utf-8`.
 * Let me know if it helps.
