Incorrect display of the homepage if you don’t log into the site

Hi everyone, this is my first time writing in the forum and I hope to be in the right section.

I am creating an e-commerce site with WordPress and Woocommerce and the problem occurs when viewing the homepage without having logged into the site.

In fact, if the page is not accessed, the home page is not displayed correctly and returns various graphic errors; I have already tried to manually deactivate the single plugins and to change the theme (from Ocean WP to Astra) but the problem continues to exist.

The strange thing is that the problem does not occur consistently, sometimes it may appear and other times it is displayed all correct.

I contacted my hosting service and they told me that on the server side there is no problem and that the display error depends on some plugin or wrong setting in wordpress.

I repeat that the error occurs only by accessing the site without having logged in otherwise everything works perfectly!

When I go to the site, I don’t see any errors. That means this could be a simple caching issue. If so, you’re seeing an error because you’re looking at old copy of that initial page.

To check if this is the problem, you need to clear both your server cache and browser cache.

It looks like you may be hosted at Sitegroud. If so, here’s an article on clearing your server cache.

Clearing your browser cache is done differently for each browser:
– Chrome
– Firefox
– Microsoft Edge
– Safari

Not using one of those 4? You can google for how to do it for your browser.

If clearing both caches doesn’t fix the problem, let me know.

I cleared the cache, thanks a lot for the tip!
However, I still have the doubt that the error will reappear later, since it has already disappeared and reappeared a couple of times …

It makes sense that you’d be nervous. However, caching is the fix, it’s likely that the random recurrence of the issue before also had to do with caching.

Hopefully this takes care of it and you can move on to enjoying your site. 🙂

You have several errors in the error console – see screenshot:

MOre specifically, you have errors displaying “Mixed content” which means that your images are not loading over a secure connection with https:// in the URL.

There are a few approaches – you could load the pages in your editor, and re-select the images then save the page. Or you could do a search and replace in the database with one of these tools:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
or
https://interconnectit.com/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/
Simply search for:
http://pet-boxoffice.com
and replace with:
https://pet-boxoffice.com

You can also install an SSL helper plugin like this:
https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
and use the setting to “Force SSL”.

Good evening I have been having problems with the home page of the site for several days, especially when I am not logged in. Look at the pictures, I can’t solve it, I also tried to uninstall all the plugins, but that’s not the problem. I sent you the photos of the site as it is displayed in elementor and as it is displayed in a traditional tab.

Everything looks fine on my end.

If you are having issues, I might suggestion you have a slow internet connection – the pageload on this homepage is massive.
