Incorrect display date for file

The code you’re using to generate the displayed file date doesn’t account for UTC offset.
In file 88-files.php, line 297 is:
$filelist[$item]['date'] = filemtime( $newPath );It should be:
$filelist[$item]['date'] = filemtime( $newPath ) + (get_option('gtm_offset') * 3600);
