    Hi,
    We had an order come through that is correct in the line items and their amounts, but the total is not correct. Never happened before.
    Here is a screenshot of the issue https://prnt.sc/o8n39h

    As you can see the shipping and one of the line items is missing from the total.
    Does anyone know what could cause this?

    From the screenshot, it looks like a subscription product and a variable product was added to the cart and purchased.

    What are you using for the subscription products?

    If you are using WooCommerce Subscriptions, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets.

    The thing is it is not a subscription issue. That is the correct price for the subscription.

    The shirt and shipping have been left off the checkout amount and were obviously in the checkout. It’s really strange that they weren’t added to the total even though they were there are and correctly priced.

    Never seen it before across any of my stores. Was hoping someone had a similar experience/fix.

    Not that I am aware, I have been running multiple WC sites for a while and have never seen this. The fact it hasn’t happened again and isn’t something others have experienced makes me think it was a very random, odd occurrence.
