I’m having a problem receiving emails from my Contact Form7 plugin, so I installed Postman hoping it would fix the problem. So far the configuration looks good, however when I send the test email I get an “Incorrect Authentication Data” notice. My email host is through GoDaddy (although I’m hearing they’re not a good choice). Connectivity check says port 25 and port 443 are open, port 465 and 587 are closed. [@jason](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jason/) Hendriks, GoDaddy had set our exchange to Remote during testing (not sure why), which was causing a problem, however I didn’t realize that GoDaddy had two different email accounts (@chemusic was right, they have one through CPanel and one through Builder). * We were apparently using the free builder email account, which I didn’t realize because I didn’t set our emails up. Switched the MX exchanger back to local, assigned our emails to the new CPanel email accounts and all is well.
