    Hi
    First the plugin is really good, I have small problem. I am using WP 4.9.8 and UM Version 2.0.29.

    Here once user registers, it sends welcome email, thats good but when I approve user, instead of sending approved email, it is still sending welcome email. How shall I resolve this issue?

    I have followed the documentation as well, still not working.

    When even the user is approved, its always sending welcome email. On my welcome email, I need to write “the account is on pending for approval” and once I approve the user, it is still sending the same welcome email. Please help!!!

    Hi @debendra,

    Do you use custom email templates?
    Can you please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails section and check your account approved email, make sure it’s turned on and the message has correct content.

    Do you use “Require admin review” option in your user role settings?

    You can try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    I did use “Require admin review” and it solved the problem. This plugin provides really great stuff to be used as free.
